Philosophy invites you to Shower for the Cure for the 8th year in a row

The power is once again in your shower. Philosophy presents Shower for the Cure Pink Ribbon Shower Gel, a luxurious, award-winning formula created to honor all those who have battled breast cancer and, most importantly, to help defeat the disease once and for all.

This October marks the 8th consecutive year that philosophy has offered this delightful, light tangerine scented formula in order to raise money for breast cancer research. Over the years the company has raised more than $2 million for the cause. Philosophy will continue giving 100% of gross profit from the Shower for the Cure Pink Ribbon Shower Gel will once again be donated to the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund, an organization whose mission it is to support innovative research, education, and outreach directed at the development of more effective approaches to the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of all women’s cancers.

Shower for the Cure Pink Ribbon Shower Gel is a creamy formula designed to cleanse, soften and silken your hair and skin as it can be used as a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Written on the back of each bottle is a powerful poem written by Philosophy’s founder, Cristina Carlino, inspired by Unforgettable Evening, a charity event held in Los Angeles each spring and hosted by Rita Wilson and Kate Capshaw.
